Hey fam, friends, and strangers on the interwebs. I’m trying this blog writing thing as a means to do something creative, hold myself accountable, and share my bucket list journey. Basing my abilities on Mr. Hennessy’s Grammar class and Mrs. Dutton’s Creative Writing class (IYKYK)… I have deemed myself rusty but qualified to write a blog.
Somewhere along the way in adulting (I’m guesstimating a few years after college), I seemed to have taken one of the well-followed routes. You know – the one where you stop doing cool shit, work a ton, and friendships change. Next thing you know you’ve arrived in your thirties, most of your friends are married with kids, and year after year you’re saying “WTF do I do now?”
A bucket list seems like such a gross concept (yes – there was push back to relating this blog to a “bucket list” when brainstorming with creative friends), but I like lists, planning, and being organized. Oh, and daydreaming (such a Pisces thing). So a bucket list it shall be – let’s see where following my heart can go!
I sling houses professionally and freelance graphic design/media marketing. I have spent over a decade playing with sports cars and converting that into hanging out with or working around race cars on a good weekend. Nature is a rekindled love from childhood. I swear like a sailor. Being creative brings me joy. A travel bug bite is a real thing. I am a plant mom.
